- Open the WhatsApp app on our iPhone.
- Enter a conversation or create a new one.
- Tap the "+" button to the left of the text field.
- Tap on Document and choose Pick Photo or Video.
- Select the file we want to send, keeping in mind it must be less than 2GB.
- Press the send button.
With this, we will be able to send large files while keeping their original resolution intact. However, one aspect to consider is that, when sending files this way, previews of the multimedia content are not shown in the chat window. To see what we have sent, the recipient must save or open the content.
