Apple, consistently aiming to promote a healthy lifestyle among its users, has launched a new activity challenge that encourages physical well-being through yoga. And it comes with a fun reward. Here's how you can win it.

How to participate in Apple’s International Yoga Day Challenge

The International Day of Yoga is celebrated on Friday, June 21. For this occasion, Apple is offering Apple Watch users a chance to engage in an activity challenge that encourages physical wellness with a small commemorative reward: a badge and a set of animated stickers.

Participating in this challenge is as simple as completing a yoga session of at least 10 minutes on the designated day. This session must be recorded through the Workout app on the watch or any other app that syncs yoga activities with Apple's Health app. Additionally, any style of yoga is acceptable —from Vinyasa to Hatha or even restorative yoga— as long as you record at least 10 continuous minutes of activity.

Upon completing the challenge, we will see our prize automatically added to our collection of achievements in the Activity app. This will include a special badge and a set of animated yoga stickers, which we can use in Messages and on social media to share our victory with friends and family, reflecting our commitment to health and well-being.

Apple has long been organizing "Activity Challenges" for various holidays and events throughout the year, including Valentine's Day, Earth Day, etc., and began its tradition of offering awards on International Yoga Day in 2019.

All of this aims to motivate Apple Watch users to stay active and healthy, while also celebrating significant events in a fun way. So, let’s get our yoga mats ready and join the global Apple community in celebrating yoga.
