To make this adjustment, simply follow the steps below:
- In the Apple menu (), click on System Settings.
- Go to Keyboard.
- Uncheck the option Adjust keyboard brightness in low light.
- In Turn off the keyboard backlight after X minutes of inactivity, select Never.
- Adjust the backlight level to your liking with the slider that appears when you deactivate the option in step three.
With these changes, the lighting of our keyboard will remain constant and exactly at the level we just set. Something that will not depend on changes in ambient lighting.
